I've been in the fitness industry for over 30 years, and specialize in working with women in midlife who want to feel strong, capable, and confident.
A Little About Me
I started my career as a group fitness instructor, teaching everything from Bootcamp, HIIT to Les Mills Body Pump. I loved it at the time, but when I hit my 40s, I realized that what had worked before was no longer serving me. I needed a smarter strategy: less time, less fatigue, and better results.
That's when I discovered the simplicity and effectiveness of strength training and the power of progressive overload. I got stronger, had more energy, experienced fewer aches and pains, and saw real improvements in my body composition. I also learned that my nutrition needed to evolve. Through practical, sustainable strategies, I figured out how to fuel my body to support my health and physique in midlife.
Since then, I've worked with hundreds of women who want to feel strong, improve their body composition, and feel confident in their bodies again. I know what actually works, and more importantly, the habits needed to make results last! My mission is simple... meet midlife women where they're at and coach them to reach their full potential, one rep at a time!
