What equipment do I need?
Very minimal equipment is needed, just dumbbells, a resistance tubing and a mini-band. A bench or a chair is also needed.
Can I do these workouts at home?
Yes! These workouts can be done at home or at the gym!
I’m new to fitness… is this program for me?
Absolutely, there are modifications and regressions for every single exercise. Choose the right option for you and progress from week to week as you build more strength.
I don’t have much space in my home… can I still do LIFT 1.0?
Very little space is needed to do these workouts- a living room, a basement or a small space at the gym is all you need.
My goal is to build lean muscle, will this program help me with this?
Lean muscle tissue is the essential to maintain a healthy metabolism. By strength-training using the LIFT 1.0 bundle, you will gain strength and muscular endurance as you shape and tone your muscles!
Is there cardio in the program?
There isn’t a cardio workout perse however there are exercises and “finishers” that will definitely challenge your heart fitness which is an important element in any fitness program!
I want to build my glutes, does LIFT 1.0 include exercises for my goal?
Indeed! Using mini-bands will help us to target the glutes as well as a variety of squats and lunges that will enhance the “booty”.
I am an avid exerciser, is this program going to challenge me?
You bet! With a challenging set of dumbbells and using the advanced options, each workout will definitely push you out of your comfort zone.
I’m not very coordinated, will I be able to follow?
LIFT 1.0 is user-friendly and doesn’t require much coordination. With the follow-along videos, I’ll coach you through with ease!
Can I do each workout every week?
Sure, each workout is different so you can do one each day, or add one to your current workout routine! It’s entirely up to you.
