As women, we all know that preserving & building lean muscle tissue is a MUST. This program focuses on strength and endurance to build a stronger body for LIFE!

Strong by Design requirements:

  • experience with strength training

  • access to BOTH dumbbells, barbells, bench (home or gym)

  • commitment to a 4x/week training split (workouts range from 35-45min each)

  • open to feedback on technique through 1:1 LIVE coaching session & video feedback

  • program uploaded on Trainerize app

I will be working closely within a very small coaching pod to equip women with the tools they need to grow stronger and to look and feel their BEST!
