Strong by Design requirements:
experience with strength training
access to BOTH dumbbells, barbells, bench (home or gym)
commitment to a 4x/week training split (workouts range from 35-45min each)
open to feedback on technique through 1:1 LIVE coaching session & video feedback
program uploaded on Trainerize app
I will be working closely within a very small coaching pod to equip women with the tools they need to grow stronger and to look and feel their BEST!
